A note from our Fundraising Chair
A note from our Fundraising Chair:
The January "Shoe Me Games" competition at the Rec Plex is
fast approaching and SPFSA will host a fundraising booth. We have elected to
have a different type of fundraiser this year, and it is required that all
SPFSA member participate.
This year, we will be selling unidentified white boxes that contain items
worth between $5 and $50. Buyers will pay $5 per box and get to choose their
box. Inside will be items worth at least $5, with the possibility of getting
an item that is worth much more!
We are requiring all SPFSA members to contribute at least one item for these
boxes. Examples include: gift cards, collectibles, etc - basically anything
that is worth between $5 and $50. You can purchase these items yourself, or
ask a retailer to donate an item. All items must be inside a plain white
box. Items can be turned into any SPFSA member or to a team manager before
the competition or the morning of the competition. We are also sending out
donation letters to retailers in the St. Peters area requesting items.
